5. User-Generated Content and Feedback

From time to time, you may have the opportunity to share your thoughts, feedback, or comments on our Services, either on our website or via social media channels (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant BODYART a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Services.

BODYART reserves the right to remove or edit any User Content at its sole discretion. 6. Termination

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zurich, Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Zurich, Switzerland.
